21 Grams (2003)

Paul Rivers is a seriously ill math professor who loves his wife and relies on a heart transplant to survive. Christina Peck is a housewife, mother of two daughters, who has left behind her unhappiness with which she once included drugs in her search for remedies. Jack Jordan, on the other hand, is a former criminal who was involved in various dirty deeds and later found happiness in religious belief by taking care of his wife and children.
