City Lights (1931)

A bona fide tramp who falls in love with a blind flower shop and lives on the streets introduces the girl as wealthy. He saved the life of a millionaire and is confident that he will help him. He thinks he can visit the man and borrow enough money to have his beloved girl's eyes operated on. But rich people actually lead a hypocritical life.
