Crank (2006)

Chev Chelios is poisoned by the criminal Verona. Chev is a hit man and he actually decided to put an end to this job. There is only one way he can survive until he gets rid of this poison that was injected into him at an unexpected moment. His friend and doctor, Miles, tells him to keep his adrenaline level high until the antidote is found. Chev meets his girlfriend Eve and they go after Verona with him. He never stops following to keep the tension and adrenaline in his life at a high level.
