Declaring himself the father of the forgotten, Mack Monroe is a charismatic con artist. Taking care of orphans and runaways, Monroe gives them a new home. Detective Ellis, a nail-hard cop, is on the hunt for Monroe, who trains her gang on the art of theft and crime.
