Ice Age (2002)

The ice age has begun to rule the world. Poor animals, all alone in this desolate and terrible world, somehow seek to survive. A long-haired, self-contained mammoth; a charismatic, tough tiger and a mischievous raccoon somehow came together in this chaos. There is only one subject in the focus of these three different species of animals. Deliver the little baby they find to people and save that baby's life.
