Instant Karma (2022)

As a young man's automobile breaks down as a ride sharing driver, his life changes when he miraculously receives new items in his car each day. His transformation begins with one kind act to a homeless guy, which ends in his being repaid several times over. This new discovered good fortune is like an unbelievable wave that he wants to ride for all it's worth, but he's worried it will end, and it will, many times, but it will then restart. If only he could find out what's doing it.
