Abduction cases that started in Mexico have become the nightmare of wealthy families. When twenty-four more children are kidnapped in six days, families begin to hire ex-mercenaries in order to protect both themselves and their children.

John Creasy is also an assassin who used to work for the CIA, but he has completely moved away from his old life and is trying to build a new life for himself.
