Tobey Marshall, who runs his family's car repair shop named Marshall Motors with his friends, works hard to clear the debts left to them after his father's death. Spending his working hours with automobile repairs, Tobey spends his weekends racing in underground car races. As his passion for cars and adrenaline grows with races, he gets a big offer from his enemy named Dino Brewster. Dino, an extremely wealthy man, asks Tobey to build the fastest and most equipped Mustang in the world. Tobey accepts this offer, thinking that he can complete the necessary money. Meanwhile, preparations for a new race begin, and in this race Tobey and Dino will compete in rival teams. However, this race ends in death and Dino somehow puts the blame on Tobey.
