Herman Boone is an American football coach. Racism prevailed in the Virginia of the 1970s. An American football team with very racist orientations is also looking for a coach. This high school team is also made up of players with identity problems and racist attitudes. The coming to power of Herman Boone, a black coach, will go to the root of all these personality crises and question people's characters.
