The Dry (2021)

Federal Agent Aaron Falk travels to his hometown, where he left twenty years ago, to attend the funeral of his childhood friend who killed his wife and child before committing suicide. Not making sense of what happened, Aaron decides to investigate. While researching, Aaron also brings to light the death of 17-year-old Ellie Deacon, an old wound. Becoming suspicious that these two events could be linked, Falk struggles to prove not only his friend's innocence, but also his own innocence.
