The head of the American government is in trouble with criminals and prisons. The number of offenders sentenced cannot be controlled, so prisons accommodate well over their capacity. The last solution to this problem is extremely interesting. For 12 hours a night, the criminal will neither be caught nor punished. No application to the police will be made, nor will they seek help from hospitals. During these 12 hours, the criminals will be punished by the people affected in some way or by ordinary citizens.
