The Virtuoso (2021)

The Film centers on a professional assassin (Anson Mount) who takes on a new mission to pay off his debt to his mentor (Anthony Hopkins). The assassin assigned to track down and kill his target is not given much intelligence for this mission, unlike his other missions. He is not given the name or photo of his target, only to be told he will be at a small-town diner at five o'clock. Virtuoso begins a manhunt to find his prey and complete his mission. His target could be any customer at the diner: this includes the diner's mysterious waiter (Abbie Cornish).
