Unhinged (2020)

Rachel, a young woman, has an argument with a man as she waits at traffic lights. Leaving the man behind, Rachel soon realizes that she is being followed by the man. Rachel finds her in an unexpected place as she tries to get rid of the man who abused her, and doesn't know what to do. Before long, Rachel realizes that the man is not only causing discomfort her, but also chasing her loved ones.
