War Dogs (2016)

Two young friends in Miami who took advantage of the deal that allowed small businesses to be included in the US Army's contracts during the Iraq War are abusing this little-known government initiative and getting richer. But when the two enter into a $ 300 million deal with the Afghan Army, they find they are in trouble.
